Put fruit & chocolate in a bowl.
Sift spice& flour together & add to fruit.
Beat eggs & add with honey mix.
Press into 22x32cm spounge roll.
Bake 140 degrees celcius, 45min to 1 hour.
cut when cold.
Store in airtight container in fridge.
