Base: Mix base ingredients together and press into a 8 inch square tin. Filling: Desolve gelatine in 3/4 of a cup of boiling water Beat until smooth and pour over base, place in fridge Topping: Disolve Red Jelly into a Cup of boiling water, cool and pour over base and topping and place in fridge until set.

condensed milk    1 tin
lemon juice    2 lemons
golden syrup    1 desert spoon
gelatine    2 desert spoon
red jelly    -
melted butter    120g
