Cream butter & sugar Add eggs one by one Add dry Ingredients mix well pour into double lined cake tin bake at 350deg F for 1 hour then turn down to 300deg F for 1.5 to 2 hours Store wrapped in tin foil

Glazed Cherries    125g
Ground Almonds    125g
Ground Nutmeg    1 lge tsp
Bitter Marmalade    1 lrg tbsp
